At DoodleDoody.com, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and friendly neighborhood service. Please review the following policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Service Area

We currently serve the Marina, Cow Hollow, and Pacific Heights neighborhoods of San Francisco. If you’re unsure whether your address is included, please contact us before booking.

Pet Waste Removal Policy

We provide outdoor dog waste removal for residential properties. Standard service includes:

  • Locating and removing visible dog waste from lawns, courtyards, and other outdoor areas.

  • Bagging and disposing of waste in your outdoor garbage bin unless other arrangements have been made.

We do not remove other types of animal waste or hazardous materials.

Excessive Waste or Deep Cleanup

We reserve the right to reschedule or re-quote if the property:

  • Requires excessive cleanup beyond the scope of standard service.

  • Poses a health or safety risk (for example, sharp debris, heavy soiling, or overgrown areas).

  • Has not been serviced in several weeks or months and is in poor condition.

If this applies, we’ll offer a custom quote or refund the booking with no hard feelings.

Indoor Services

We do not currently offer indoor pet waste cleanup. For indoor accidents, we recommend contacting a professional carpet or sanitation cleaning service.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking through our website. We accept all major credit cards.

Monthly package plans are billed at the beginning of each service cycle. You may cancel or pause your plan with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Minimum Commitment


Our discounted weekly rate is available with a 4-week minimum commitment. One-time service is offered at a separate flat rate.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a partial charge to cover travel and time.

Weather and Property Access

We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain. In the case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

Please ensure your gate is unlocked and pets are secured during your service window.

Liability

While we do our best to be careful and respectful on every visit, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items left in the yard during service.

  • Waste that is obscured, hidden, or buried.

  • Health issues resulting from pet waste left between visits. (We recommend weekly service for best results.)
